Terms of Service

Last updated: September 30, 2026.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of lasvegaspassport.net and the Las Vegas Passport driver-tablet and printed referral network (together, the “Site”), operated by Las Vegas Passport (“LVP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By browsing the Site, creating an account, submitting a business listing, joining the affiliate/driver referral program, or otherwise using any part of the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site. Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it, and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Using the site

Las Vegas Passport is an informational local-business directory. We publish listings, editorial guides, itinerary suggestions, and outbound links to third-party venues and booking partners (for example, Viator experiences). Other than the specific bookings we process directly (like a Viator checkout), we don’t sell tickets or products ourselves, and we aren’t responsible for a listed business’s or partner’s availability, pricing, quality, safety, or service. Listing content (hours, pricing, offers, photos) is supplied by businesses or gathered from public sources and can change or be inaccurate; always confirm details directly with the venue before you rely on them. You don’t need an account to browse, search, or save favorites.

Eligibility & age-restricted categories

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or, where a section of the Site or a listed venue requires a higher age, that higher age. Nightlife, alcohol, cannabis, adult-entertainment, and firearms-related listings are shown for informational purposes only and are intended for adults who independently meet all legal age, licensing, and eligibility requirements that apply. Pages for cannabis dispensaries, liquor stores, gentlemen’s clubs, cigar and hookah lounges, and 21+ nightlife ask you to confirm you are 21 or older before they’re shown; by confirming, you represent that you are. That check is a self-declaration, not identity verification, and each venue still checks ID under its own license. You are responsible for complying with each venue’s own admission policy and with Nevada and federal law, including:

Cannabis dispensary listings are provided for adults 21 years of age and older. Nevada law requires that cannabis advertising state “Keep out of reach of children” and “For use only by adults 21 years of age and older,” and dispensary category and listing pages on the Site display that notice. Las Vegas Passport is not a cannabis licensee: we don’t sell cannabis, take or forward orders, quote product prices, or deliver, and nothing on the Site is an offer to sell cannabis. Each dispensary listing represents a business that has given us its Nevada license details, and its links go to that licensee’s own website or contact details. Cannabis listings are never shown in vehicles, on driver tablets, or on the page riders reach from a driver’s QR code, and our driver referral program pays no commission for referrals to cannabis businesses. Cannabis remains illegal under federal law and in many jurisdictions outside Nevada.

Alcohol and nightlife listings (bars, night clubs, pool parties, liquor stores) are intended for adults 21 and older. We don’t sell or deliver alcohol, and liquor-store listings are never shown in vehicles or on driver tablets. Adult-entertainment listings (gentlemen’s clubs, burlesque, male revues) carry venue-specific age policies, typically 18+ or 21+ — confirm the applicable age and any cover/admission terms directly with the venue. Firearms-related listings (gun ranges, retailers) are subject to applicable federal, state, and local firearms law, and any purchase, rental, or range use is between you and the venue, subject to its own eligibility screening.

Accounts

You don’t need an account to browse the Site. Accounts exist for businesses managing a listing (a business portal login) and for affiliates/drivers participating in our referral program (see below). If you create an account, you must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential, and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You’re responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate an account that provides false information, is used fraudulently, or otherwise violates these Terms.

Favorites

The “Favorites” feature saves the listings you tap directly in your own browser (local storage) — it doesn’t require an account and isn’t synced to a server or to your other devices. Clearing your browser data, using a different browser or device, or browsing in a private window will clear or hide your saved favorites.

Cookies, referral tracking & analytics

The Site uses first-party cookies to remember which driver or affiliate referred you (for up to 30 days) and to maintain your browsing session, and it records outbound-link clicks (with a hashed, not raw, IP address) to attribute referrals, prevent fraud, and understand which listings are useful. See our Privacy Policy for the full details and your choices, including how to clear referral attribution.

Business listings

By submitting, claiming, or paying for a listing, you represent that you own the business or are authorized to act on its behalf, and that the information and media (photos, video, offers, pricing) you submit are accurate and that you have the rights to submit them. You authorize Las Vegas Passport to host, display, edit for formatting or length, and market that listing on the Site and through our driver referral network (printed placement materials and in-app/tablet displays) for as long as the listing is active. If the business requires a state or local license to operate (including cannabis and alcohol establishments), you confirm the listing and any offers described comply with that license’s conditions, and you’re responsible for promptly telling us if that changes — for example, a license lapse, suspension, or a change in ownership. We may edit, unpublish, or remove a listing at our discretion, including to correct inaccurate information, respond to a complaint, or comply with a licensing authority’s request. Submitting a listing-edit request doesn’t guarantee it will be approved or published as written; changes to core listing data go through our review process before they go live. We don’t guarantee any specific amount of traffic, calls, clicks, leads, or bookings from a listing, from a paid tier, or from placement in our driver network, regardless of subscription level.

Licensed and age-restricted businesses. If your business sells cannabis or alcohol, you must give us its current Nevada or Clark County license number before your listing goes live and keep it current; we may verify it with the licensing authority and unpublish a listing we can’t verify. You are the advertiser of record for your listing and responsible for its content complying with your license and Nevada law. Your listing content and offers must not target or appeal to anyone under 21 (including cartoon characters, mascots, toys, or images of young people), be false or misleading, make health or medical claims, promote overconsumption, or show anyone consuming the product. We add the warnings Nevada requires on cannabis pages and a 21+ age check on these pages, and we never show these listings in vehicles or on driver tablets. We don’t accept payment from alcohol manufacturers, wholesalers, or importers to promote a particular retailer. We may edit or remove any content in these categories to keep it compliant.

Business subscriptions, billing & cancellation

Paid listing tiers are billed as recurring subscriptions processed by our payment processor, Stripe; we don’t store your full card number. Depending on the plan you choose at checkout, you’re billed monthly or once every 3 months (the 3-month plan is paid up front at a discount). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the then-current price for your tier until you cancel. You can manage or cancel your subscription, or update your payment method, through your business dashboard’s billing portal. Cancellation stops future billing but, unless we say otherwise, fees already charged are non-refundable, including for a partial billing period. We may change subscription pricing or tier features prospectively with reasonable notice; continuing your subscription after a price change takes effect means you accept the new price. We may suspend or downgrade a listing for a failed or disputed payment. You’re responsible for any taxes associated with your subscription.

Founding Business Guarantee. This is the one exception to the non-refundable rule above: if this is the first payment on a newly-started paid tier (Basic, Featured, Premium, or Enterprise), you can reach us through our Contact page within 30 days of that charge and we’ll refund it in full — no forms, no conditions. This guarantee covers only the first billing charge on a new paid subscription; it doesn’t apply to renewals, reactivations, or a later tier change on a listing that’s already paid. Once that 30-day window has passed, the standard cancellation terms above apply.

Affiliate & driver referral program

Affiliates and rideshare drivers who join our referral program earn a share of the commission or referral fee generated when someone uses their referral link or scans their QR code and completes a qualifying booking, purchase, or club-pass claim, as described on the program page you signed up through and in your affiliate dashboard. You must share your referral link and display your QR placement materials honestly — as a simple, passive display, not through pressure, unsolicited pitching, or misleading claims — and disclose the affiliate relationship where required by law (for example, the FTC-style disclosures already shown next to affiliate links on the Site apply to how you personally promote your link, too). If you’re a rideshare driver, you may not promote cannabis, alcohol, tobacco, or adult-entertainment businesses to riders or in your vehicle (our tablet content and the page your QR code opens already leave them out), and referrals to cannabis businesses earn no commission. You’re also solely responsible for complying with your rideshare platform’s own driver agreement and any vehicle-marking or in-vehicle-advertising rules it imposes — we don’t review or approve your compliance with a third-party platform’s terms, and using a placement in a way that violates your platform agreement is your own risk, not ours. Self-referrals, fraudulent clicks, fake accounts, and any other manipulation of referral tracking are prohibited and grounds for forfeiting unpaid commissions and terminating your account. Commission rates, payout thresholds, and payout timing (processed via Stripe Connect once you complete onboarding) may change prospectively; we’ll credit commissions earned before a change under the terms in effect when they were earned. You participate as an independent contractor, not as an employee or agent of Las Vegas Passport, and you’re responsible for your own taxes on any commissions you receive.

Guest offers & club-pass claims

Some driver referral links lead to a guest offer — for example, a free or discounted club-pass claim. Claiming an offer reserves your eligibility for it; it doesn’t guarantee entry, seating, or admission, which remain subject to the venue’s own policies (age, dress code, capacity, ID requirements, and cover charges beyond what the offer covers). Las Vegas Passport is not the venue and isn’t responsible for how it’s honored on-site.

Payments generally

All payments on the Site — business subscriptions and affiliate/driver payouts alike — are processed by Stripe. We don’t collect or store your raw card number. Initiating a payment or payout enrollment authorizes the corresponding charge or transfer. A chargeback, payment dispute, or evidence of fraud may result in suspension of the related account while we investigate.

Third-party links, bookings & affiliate relationships

The Site links out to third-party venues, booking partners (including a Viator booking widget on tour and experience listings), and other websites we don’t control. Some of these links are affiliate links — we may earn a commission if you book or purchase through them, at no extra cost to you, and this is disclosed on the pages where it applies. Once you leave the Site, the third party’s own terms and privacy policy govern your interaction with them, and we aren’t responsible for their content, availability, or conduct.

Communications & consent

If you submit a contact form, a business inquiry, or a listing edit request, you consent to being contacted about it by email (and, if provided and enabled for that purpose, other channels) — that transactional reply isn’t a marketing message. We only send marketing or promotional messages to people who’ve opted in for that specific channel, and you can withdraw that consent at any time using the method described in the message or by contacting us. See our Privacy Policy for more on how we handle the information you submit.

Prohibited conduct

You agree not to: scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract Site content beyond normal search-engine indexing without our written permission; reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Site’s software, security, or normal operation; circumvent, disable, or manipulate referral attribution, click-tracking, or commission calculations; submit false, misleading, or unauthorized business or listing information; submit content (photos, video, text) you don’t own or have the right to use; impersonate another person or business, or misrepresent your affiliation with one; harass, defraud, or abuse other users, businesses, drivers, or Site staff; use the Site for any unlawful purpose, including violating a listed venue’s licensing requirements; or use automated means to create accounts, claims, or referral clicks. We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, and/or forfeit unpaid commissions for a violation of this section.

Intellectual property

The Site’s design, text, graphics, software, and compiled directory data are owned by Las Vegas Passport or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual-property law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Site for your own personal, non-commercial browsing, or, for businesses and affiliates, to operate within your account as these Terms allow. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create a competing directory from our listing data without our written permission. “Las Vegas Passport” and our logo are our trademarks; you may not use them without permission. When you submit content to the Site (business photos, video, descriptions, or messages), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as part of operating and marketing the Site and our driver referral network, for as long as it remains published or as reasonably needed afterward for our records.

Copyright complaints

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, contact us through our Contact page with: a description of the copyrighted work; the specific URL where the allegedly infringing material appears; your contact information; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use isn’t authorized; a statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you’re authorized to act for the copyright owner; and your physical or electronic signature. We’ll review valid notices and may remove or disable access to the material, notify the party who posted it, and terminate repeat infringers’ access at our discretion.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that listing information is complete or current, or that any linked third-party venue, booking partner, or experience will meet your expectations. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all such warranties.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Las Vegas Passport and its owners, officers, employees, and contractors won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Site or any linked third party, even if we’ve been advised of the possibility. To the extent a limitation is required to make the remaining limits enforceable, our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Las Vegas Passport and its owners, officers, employees, and contractors from any claim, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your listing content, your use of the affiliate/driver referral program, or your violation of any law or a third party’s rights.

Dispute resolution, arbitration & governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Except for claims that qualify for small-claims court or claims for injunctive relief to protect our intellectual property, you and Las Vegas Passport agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, and both sides waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. Any arbitration or non-arbitrable court proceeding will take place in Clark County, Nevada, unless we agree otherwise.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or any account at any time, with or without notice, including for a suspected violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Site or close your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution — will survive.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post the updated version on this page with a new “Last updated” date; material changes may also be announced on the Site. Continuing to use the Site after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.

Miscellaneous

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Las Vegas Passport regarding the Site. Our failure to enforce a provision isn’t a waiver of it. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may assign ours, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
