Data Deletion Instructions
Last updated: October 23, 2026.
Business owners can connect a Facebook Page and linked Instagram professional account to Las Vegas Passport so we can publish posts they have approved. This page explains how to disconnect those accounts and have the related data deleted.
What we store
When you connect an account we store the Page or Instagram account name and ID, the permissions you granted, and an access token. The token is kept in an encrypted secrets store, not in plain database columns. We also keep the posts, captions and images you approved through Las Vegas Passport and a log of what was published.
Option 1: disconnect yourself
- Sign in to your business account and open Social, then Connect accounts.
- Choose Disconnect next to the Page or Instagram account.
- We revoke and delete the stored access token and stop all publishing for that account right away.
Option 2: remove the app in Facebook
- In Facebook, go to Settings, then Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites).
- Find Las Vegas Passport Social and choose Remove.
- Meta stops our access. Contact us using the form below so we can delete the data we hold.
Option 3: ask us to delete everything
Send a request through our Contact page with the subject “Data deletion” and the name of your business. We will delete your connection records, stored tokens, drafted and scheduled posts, and approval history within 30 days, and confirm by reply. We may keep records we are required to keep, such as billing records. Posts already published to Facebook or Instagram stay on those platforms until you delete them there.
See our Privacy Policy for more on how we handle data.
